In 2012, after years of jumping adventures, Chris immigrated to the USA where he returned his focus to aviation based parachutes and obtained his F.A.A. Master Rigger Rating for back/chest/seat type parachutes. To this day he calls Philadelphia home where he runs Prime Rigging, a full service parachute loft and gear store for all forms of parachutes: Skydive/BASE/Glider/Acrobatic.
About Prime Rigging
Prime Rigging founder Chris Howard stumbled upon his love of Parachutes when he made his first skydive in Australia on April 2002. Since then, he has made more than 15,000 skydives while he travelled the world as a fulltime skydiving instructor. In 2007 with the support of a lifelong friend he began designing, building and testing BASE jumping equipment where he honed the necessary skills at a sewing machine and figured out that sewing parachutes was almost as much fun as jumping them.
